These files document all aspects of the organizational and administrative functions of the Commission, including Commission and executive committee minutes (October 1958 - February 1959); the Commission's 1957, 1958, and 1959 reports to the Legislature; files of J. M. Nolte, who was an author of the original proposal to the 1955 Legislature and a member of the Commission (1954-1959); and project files and a scrapbook kept by Swain (1955-1959, 1983).
